What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, 3–5 years hands-on experience with UKG Pro, Understanding of HR processes, Understanding of U.S. employment practices, Understanding of payroll fundamentals, Experience supporting and optimizing HRIS processes globally

THE POSITION: The UKG Pro HRIS Analyst is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing EVERSANA’s UKG Pro HCM system across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Onboarding modules. This role serves as a subject matter expert for system configuration, troubleshooting, and end‑user support. The position supports HRIS processes for EVERSANA’s global workforce while leading small projects and system enhancements that strengthen system reliability and enable a seamless and consistent employee experience.
