**Inside the Role** We're looking for a collaborative, analytical, and customer-focused Workday Analyst to join our HRIS team and help support, enhance, and optimize our Workday environment, with a primary focus on HCM and Talent Acquisition. In this role, you'll partner closely with HR, business leaders, and technical teams to ensure the ongoing usability, growth, and continuous improvement of our Workday platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday HCM and/or Talent Acquisition business processes and is energized by solving complex problems, driving continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding customer service. Experience in additional Workday functional areas—including Talent, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, or Learning—is highly valued, as the knowledge and skills gained in these areas transfer well to this role and contribute to a broader understanding of the employee lifecycle. **Posting Information** We provide a scheduled posting end date to assist our candidates with their application planning.
