What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of related HRIS experience, analytical and problem-solving skills, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Ability to interpret and apply written, verbal, and technical instructions, Ability to communicate effectively with HR partners, leaders, and system users, Ability to manage multiple priorities in environments with limited standardization
Nice to Have
Workday experience, Experience with reporting and data analysis tools, HR certification, data analytics certification, Experience in HR related role in a manufacturing environment
What You'll Do.
Partner with Group HR Leaders to plan and execute annual HR programs
Ensure HR programs and transactions are accurately executed in MPower
and other strategic initiatives
Collaborate with Business HR leaders to define best practices and implement standard processes
Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS questions and system support
ensuring timely resolution and high customer support
Provide data insights
and reports to support decision-making
Build HRIS capability across businesses through training sessions and coaching
Champion system adoption and user proficiency across MPower
Participate in system testing for HRIS updates and annual cycles
Contribute to enterprise HRIS projects
including evaluating and implementing new functionality
Support the group HR team in managing various programs and initiatives
Support centralization efforts at group by managing projects and timelines
