We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to help streamline and support People Operations systems and processes at Next. The role will be critical as we scale and start integrating with our parent company, ERGO. The ideal candidate will be analytically strong, detail-oriented, and be able to collaborate effectively with our Information Systems (IS) team to recommend and implement system and process improvements. What You’ll Do: Monitor and maintain HR system data integrity through regular audits and validations Process and manage HR system requests by accurately entering and updating employee data, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and compliance with HR policies and procedures Leverage knowledge of HR systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement, and partner with IS to implement system and process changes that align with People Operations Participate in system testing, process reviews, and workflow enhancements to support operational efficiency Collaborate with People Business Partners and other departments to gather business requirements, align system capabilities, and recommend process improvements Develop and maintain documentation, including process maps, configuration guides, and user guides Provide guidance and support to the People Operations team and other business stakeholders on system usage, process understandin
