It’s the curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipate the future. **Position Overview:** The HRIS Analyst will provide support, maintenance, and configuration of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), Workday, in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst will report to the Sr Manager, HR Technology. **Responsibilities:** * Execute system administration functions including but not limited to dashboard and report management, permission management, and configuration modifications. * Provide general end-user support, maintain and update user documentation, and perform routine data validation and reconciliation between systems to ensure accuracy and integrity. * Use knowledge of business processes and system functionality to identify ways to customize and enhance current business applications and operating systems to meet the functional needs of the business and improve business process. * Work with human resources and business subject matter experts to identify potential configuration enhancements and system modifications to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the systems. * Maintain awareness of current trends in HR systems administration wi
