Data Integration: Partner with IT to monitor and maintain system feeds, ensuring downstream applications remain aligned and accurate. Data Auditing: Conduct regular system audits across HCM data modules, including security, foundational setup, compensation, open enrollment, and performance management. Documentation & Training: Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assist in training end-users on system functionality to ensure operational excellence. Troubleshooting: Provide root-cause analysis and timely resolution for system bugs, errors, and user issues in the production environment.
