Must Have
3+ years HRBP/People Partnership experience in a dynamic environment, Understanding of business operations and ability to speak the language of numbers, priorities, and impact, Experience managing the Employee Lifecycle, building processes as a strategic system, Strong relationship-building skills with leaders, Effective communication skills: negotiation, reasoned argumentation, finding win-win solutions, working with feedback as a tool, managing team/working group communications, Courage to take responsibility, propose new ideas, experiment, Systemic thinking: ability to see patterns beyond individual cases, Result and meaning focus: ability to set priorities, track goal status, find resources, ask 'What problem are we solving?', Meet deadlines
