Responsibilities: Partners closely with business leaders to understand issues in the department and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance when appropriate, including but not limited to on/off boarding, performance, promotion, potential, disciplinary cases and employee disputes; Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning; Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations; Executes and implements people policies to the business unit assigned; Maintains in-depth working knowledge of legal manpower regulations, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required; Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coach
