What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 6 years of experience in HRM (HR, compensation, performance evaluation) or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

Experience in managing change in organizations, processes, and systems with a focus on organizational engagement and culture., Experience being recognized as a partner rather than a messenger by leaders and members., Ability to build trust and execute strategies., Adaptability and drive in a rapidly changing environment.

What You'll Do.

Serve as a small CHRO for the assigned organization

taking on significant roles and responsibilities.

Communicate closely with the leadership group

including the CEO and Head.

Act as a strategic business partner with end-to-end ownership of the HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Drive the growth and success of the assigned organization.

Plan and execute HR strategies to support the sustainable growth of Toss Income.

and improve related HR systems.

Develop and propose strategies through continuous ideation to create institutional changes and impact at the company-wide level

based on a deep understanding of the business and operations.

Proactively lead and execute HR cycle systems including workforce planning

departmental placement

organizational and job design

and leadership coaching.

Discuss necessary changes in line with the innovation and growth driven by Toss Income's business

and build a successful organization and culture together.

Contribute to the systems and policies of the entire Toss community

not just Toss Income.
