Fixed Term position for a 6 month full-time contract, Candidates are expected to be able to work on site in Renton, WA, Relocation is not a benefit offered for this role, U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident (i. e. current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U. S. as a refugee or granted asylum, Blue’s Standard Background Check, Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) background check if at any time the role requires one to be on a military installation, Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10, 001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification (obtained before onboarding), Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training, Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree, or additional years of recruiting experience, 5+ years of Business and/or Technical Recruiting experience to include Human Resource (HR4HR) and corporate recruiting, professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leaders
Nice to Have
Sales and/or customer service experience, Proficiency with Workday, Exempt and non exempt position recruiting experience, Combination of agency and corporate environment recruiting experience, Demonstrated success in passively prospecting technical professionals using a variety of platforms and methods, Startup experience
What You'll Do.

Prepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searches

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition Team; Partner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other members of Team Blue by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and candidate debriefs
