This is a part-time position and an excellent opportunity for a student currently pursuing a master’s degree, especially those interested in gaining hands-on HR experience. You will provide direct support to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and contribute to key annual HR processes, working closely with top management in a dynamic, international environment. **Where you’ll be** You will be located in our Headquarters in Espoo and should be within reasonable commuting distance from our office. **What you’ll be doing** * Provide day-to-day support to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and HR leadership team * Create, draft, and prepare materials and presentations for the CHRO * Support the execution of HR annual processes and projects * Collaborate with colleagues across the HR function and other business areas * Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc projects as needed **What you’ll bring to the role** * Currently pursuing a master’s degree (field of study related to HR, management, business, or similar) * High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks * Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel * Proactive, self-mo
