In this role, you will get hands-on experience working on end-to-end recruitment, serving as the critical bridge between our hiring teams and prospective candidates. If you enjoy speaking with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a strong foundation in human resources and talent acquisition, this opportunity is a great starting point. Key Responsibilities Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Support the full recruitment lifecycle for various open positions. High-Volume Outreach: Source, screen, and make 100–150 outbound calls daily to prospective candidates. Interview Coordination: Take ownership of lining up and scheduling interviews between candidates and internal hiring teams. Candidate Communication: Manage ongoing follow-ups, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, candidate statuses, and interview schedules.
