What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Diploma or Degree in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems, 8+ years’ experience in supporting enterprise applications, significant experience in People/HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors), Proven experience leading application delivery and operations, people leadership and accountability for team outcomes, Demonstrated experience managing vendors and third-party service providers, Experience operating within governed enterprise environments, SOX/CSOX compliance, IT controls, access management, Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into system solutions and delivery outcomes

Being accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle of Workday integrations
Leading delivery of People Systems projects and enhancements from intake through stabilization

Balancing team capacity across operations
Building team capability through coaching
Managing relationships with People Systems vendors

Providing technical direction and prioritize work across vendor resources
Monitoring vendor performance and proactively resolve issues

Providing impact analysis and delivery recommendations to governance forums
