Must Have

Diploma or Degree in Computing Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems, 8+ years’ experience in supporting enterprise applications, significant experience in People/HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors), Proven experience leading application delivery and operations, people leadership and accountability for team outcomes, Demonstrated experience managing vendors and third-party service providers, Experience operating within governed enterprise environments, SOX/CSOX compliance, IT controls, access management, Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into system solutions and delivery outcomes
