Join N-iX and become part of a team where your ideas make a real impact. We are looking for a Middle/Senior HR Tech & Transformation Manager to join our HR Technology & Transformation team. In this role, you will own the full cycle of HR process redesign and implementation, turning complex transformations into smooth, scalable solutions that create measurable business impact across the company. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end HR process redesign and implementation, including: - Investigate as-is process - Design to-be process - Configure to-be process - Coordinate testing, incl UAT - Design integrations with internal systems - Sign-off with process owners - Create and deliver educational and support materials for end users - Preparation of release and stabilization activities - Formalize ownership transition to process owners after successful rollout Calculate change monetization and assess cost vs. business impact Identify optimization opportunities using AI tools and automation Collaborate with 20+ stakeholders across functions and locations to ensure successful adoption and sustainable change Gather, analyze, and design feature requests and improvements for the HRMS ecosystem Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, such as: System Implementation Specialist / HRMS Administrator / Configurator / Change Manager / Organizational Development Manager / Transformation Lead / Release Manager / Product Manager Advanced user of AI tools, Google Sheets, Power BI, and other analytical tools Upp
