experience of working within Payroll operations and a genuine interest in Digital solutions, experience of Payroll system and Time Management systems and a genuine interest in Payroll & HR operations
What You'll Do.
manage and develop our common digitalized Pay & Time processes in Zalaris and Quinyx
Main focus on the Pay & Time area
governance our Swedish Payroll and Time Management system and improve our Pay & Time processes to support and meet business goals and objectives
providing guidance and consultation as required
Conduct system administration including security maintenance
integration and release analysis
Support the accuracy and integrity of data by supporting risk and audit activities
Identify and prioritize enhancements that will improve user experience
and maintain overall system hygiene and health
Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned
