What They're Looking For.
Must Have
experience of working within Compensation & Benefit area and a genuine interest in Digital solutions, experience of Digital solutions and a genuine interest in HR operations, Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Swedish (written and spoken)

digitalized HR processes in Workday
ensure that our Workday setup and ways of working are consistent across the organization
ensure that our processes are user-friendly
and aligned with business needs
Main focus on the Compensation & Benefits area
improve our HR processes to support and meet business goals and objectives
providing guidance and consultation as required
Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned
