What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3-4 years of consolidated experience in personnel selection, preferably in structured corporate contexts or, Advanced knowledge of digital recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday), Excellent ability to manage relationships with agencies and suppliers, Excellent knowledge of the English language (Level B2)
What You'll Do.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define selection needs
and coordinate the entire process
Carry out active sourcing activities
and initial interviews
Organize and monitor interviews
collecting feedback from different stakeholders
Manage relationships with labor and selection agencies
ensuring effective communication and profile monitoring
Coordinate the RPO service
participating in alignment meetings and negotiating updates
Coordinate with the Parent Company on Recruiting projects
Ensure visibility and updating of ads on major platforms (LinkedIn
Support the implementation and use of Workday Recruiting (in the implementation phase)
Define and design Employer Branding initiatives (Career Days
Collaboration with Universities
training and educational institutions)
