Working within a regulated financial services environment, you will support the People Team and business stakeholders by ensuring system integrity, strong controls, and reliable reporting that meets internal governance, FCA/PRA expectations, and GDPR requirements. As a HR Systems Specialist, we are looking for someone to: * Administer our HRIS (e.g., Cascade, Access Learning Zone, SmartRecruiters), managing configuration, workflows, security roles, permissions, and data integrity through routine audits and validation checks * Design and maintain HR system workflows across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, absence, leavers), ensuring compliance with internal policies, UK employment law, and regulatory requirements, with comprehensive documentation of processes an
