Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards and HR Operations, this role is responsible for supporting Human Resources (HR) operations through systems administration, reporting, data analysis and process improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity, accuracy and efficiency of HR systems and reporting processes while providing analytical support for operational and strategic HR initiatives.
