What You'll Do.

Lead HRS processes/configurations for MADO

Provide project management support

Partner with HR MADO team

Identify lessons learned

Update HRS MADO training materials

Solicit business requirements

Develop technical requirements

Document business requirements

Manage business requirements

Provide detailed design

Provide configuration options

Understand system dependencies

Represent business needs to HRIT

Identify operation issues

Identify operation gaps

Support system solution implementation

Ensure enhancements are tested

Move enhancements to production

Provide assessment of change requests

Provide assessment of system issues

Troubleshoot problems

Team & Collaboration

Partner with HR MADO; Partner with HRS; Partner with HRGS; Partner with HR CoEs; Partner with HR IT; Partner with Payroll; Partner with Payroll IT; Work with functional teams; Work with HR Systems partners
