Your playing field: * Own the implementation, maintenance, and integration of our HR systems, ensuring they perform at peak level. * Provide technical support and act as a key point of contact for platforms such as SmartRecruiters and Sage People. * Drive the automation of HR processes, helping the team work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. * Champion data quality by keeping our HR systems accurate, reliable, and game-ready. * Maintain and continuously improve integrations between HR systems to ensure seamless information flow. * Lead the implementation of new HR technologies and own future system enhancements from kickoff to launch. * Spot opportunities for process improvement and optimise how our people systems support the business. * Partner closely with the global HR team to gather feedback, solve challenges, and deliver impactful improvements. * Keep projects moving forward, balancing quick wins with long-term solutions to help the team stay ahead of the competition. ## Qualifications The skills you should bring to the pitch: * Experience.
