This position works collaboratively with the HR Systems members to deliver a wide range of services required for day-to-day life-cycle management. Ensures completeness, monthly and quarterly communications. Aligns the HR Pipeline with the Azure backlog pipeline. * Supports and assists Managers with gathering system requirements. * Lead the testing for lifecycle CR’s and Workday bi-annuals. * Stays abreast on Workday support cases and workday community. * Responsible for developing and maintaining Job Aids, SOP’s and other HR Supporting material. * Monitor Service Now requests assigned to HR Systems. * Provides front line support to the broader HR teams to deliver on HR related initiatives. * Responsible for monitoring the HR Integration error logs daily. * Runs and provides adhoc data pulls. * Responsible for updating and maintaining HR and Workday SharePoint online. * Actively engaged in continuous improvement within the team and Workday. * Maintains knowledge of all relevant changes affecting collective agreements which could impact proce
