What You'll Do.
Support administrative follow-ups for new hire documentation and employee record updates.
Maintain organized digital records and ensure data accuracy within Workday and ServiceNow.
Provide initial point-of-contact support via chat
and phone with a high degree of care and professionalism.
Contribute effectively to ensure an integrated approach to HR services including but not limited to the facilitation of the hiring process
and the credentialing process.
Assist the HR Service Desk as next-level support for escalations
nurturing internal relationships.
Additional collaborative duties outside of Workday and ServiceNow
