**Job Description Summary** The Program Coordinator II for HR-Workforce Development reports to the Director, Workforce Development. Provides direction and guidance to staff concerning program issues. Manages Pre-Licensure Clinical Placement of Youth Apprentices. Recruitment and Onboarding of students and new hires for department.
