What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience in accurate and dependable HR functions, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and payroll information, Proficient in Payroll operations, Effective communication organization skills
Nice to Have
Associate degree in Human Resources or related field
What You'll Do.
Ensure employee job data is entered timely
Manage various employee forms
Ensure driver files are created
Oversee end-to-end hiring processes
Administer the interview process
Manage all recruiting platforms
Review employee benefit packages
Establish key performance indicators
Monitor KPIs regularly
Implement an employee evaluation schedule
contractual and policy compliance
Oversee any human resource internal and external audits
Maintain hiring practice completion
Act as a liaison with outside agencies
and implements HR policies
First line of support for field staff
Communicate with managers
Ensure all updated local union documentation is obtained
Advises management on the formulation and administration of plans
Acts as an internal consultant
Reviews payroll information and reporting
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
coordinate with division managers; review job postings, candidates, and opportunities with division and senior managers; Collaborates with managers and senior leaders on budgets, expenses, and efficiencies related to payroll
