The role includes employee relations, HR Analytics, talent management, recruitment, employees lifecycle changes, project work and more. Covering the whole range of HR processes, the successful incumbent will build a deep understanding of business operations to have significant ownership of service delivery and will assist managers in balanced decision making by using and embracing the use of HR data. Key Responsibilities include Labor Relations: * Accompany business in the resolution of legal and labor issues * Resolution of labor doubts. * Build solid relationships with employees, managers and employee representatives Workforce and Budget Planning: * Follow up on personnel budget, monitoring the evolution of costs during the year * Socialize benefit and incentive implementation with business leaders and employees, ensuring consistent in-country communication of compensation and benefits related plans * Align recommendations on salary offers, promotional increases, bonuses,....
