In this role, you’ll bring together operational excellence and human experience , making sure everything runs smoothly while creating moments that truly matter. YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE Onboarding * Be the go-to onboarding partner, orchestrating a seamless and welcoming start for new joiners * Deliver engaging orientation sessions that bring our culture to life from day one * Ensure new joiner information is updated in all systems accurately so everything (including first-month payroll!) runs without a hitch Work Pass Matters * Own the end-to-end work pass journey—from application to renewal—with precision and care * Partner with authorities (like MOM) to keep things moving smoothly * Stay ahead of r
