YOUR PURPOSE Join our People Services team and help power the experience behind the scenes. You’ll be at the heart of everything that shapes our team members’ journey—from their first day to their biggest milestones. In this role, you’ll bring together operational excellence and human experience , making sure everything runs smoothly while creating moments that truly matter. YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE Onboarding * Be the go-to onboarding partner, orchestrating a seamless and welcoming start for new joiners * Deliver engaging orientation sessions that bring our culture to life from day one * Ensure new joiner information is updated in all systems accurately so everything (including first-month payroll!) runs without a hitch Work Pass Matters * Own the end-to-end work pass journey—from application to renewal—with precision and care * Partner with authorities (like MOM) to keep things moving smoothly * Stay ahead of r
