Must Have

Experience in HR operations, preferably in a shared services or international environment, German at minimum B2/C1 level (business-fluent), Basic understanding of hire-to-retire HR processes and payroll inputs, attention to detail and process discipline, Openness to change, learning and cross-functional work

Nice to Have

An experience with Global HRIS platforms (preferably Workday or SAP) and Case Management tools (ServiceNow or other)
