What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of HR support, HR operations, or people operations experience, Experience using HRIS platforms, Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance, organizational and documentation skills, Proficiency with Google Workspace, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Proficiency with spreadsheets, Proficiency with HR reporting tools, written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to Have
SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification, Experience with multi-state payroll, Experience with international HR support, Experience with startup environments, HRIS implementation or process improvement experience, Background supporting SaaS, professional services, or high-growth companies

Support payroll preparation and reconciliation

Maintain HR policies and SOPs

This role plays a critical part in: * onboarding and offboarding, * HR compliance, * payroll coordination, * HRIS management, * employee support, * and operational HR execution. You’ll work closely with leadership, recruiters, payroll, and employees to ensure HR processes remain accurate, compliant, and efficient.
