What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of experience in HR support, HR operations, or people operations, Experience working with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, ADP, Gusto, or Zenefits, Familiarity with U. S. labor law compliance and HR best practices, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, organizational and administrative abilities

Nice to Have

SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification, Experience supporting multi-state or international teams, Background in SaaS, professional services, startups, or remote-first organizations, Experience improving HR workflows or supporting HRIS implementation projects, Exposure to payroll coordination and benefits administration

### **HR Specialist** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Location:** Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours (Flexible for onboarding cycles, payroll timelines, and employee support needs) ### **About the Role** We’re hiring a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Specialist to support core HR operations across the full employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for keeping HR processes organized, compliant, and employee-centered — from recruitment coordination and onboarding to HRIS management, payroll support, compliance tracking, and employee relations. This is not just an administrative HR role. We’re looking for someone who can proactively manage workflows, maintain accurate records, support employees professionally, and improve operational efficiency across HR systems and processes.
