What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years HR support or operations experience, Proficiency with HRIS systems, Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace proficiency
Nice to Have
SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification, Experience with multi-state or international payroll and compliance, Industry exposure in SaaS, professional services, or high-growth startups, Process improvement or HRIS implementation experience
What You'll Do.
Manage core HR processes
Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management
Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews
Communicate with candidates
Prepare offer letters
Prepare new hire packets
Prepare orientation schedules
Ensure completion of compliance documentation
Conduct exit processes
Maintain accurate employee data
Track benefits enrollment
Track employee status changes
Partner with finance/payroll teams
Assist with benefits enrollment
Assist with open enrollment periods
Respond to employee inquiries
Validate payroll data
Draft and update HR policies
Update employee handbooks
Ensure compliance with labor laws
Maintain records audit-ready
Act as point of contact for employee questions
Support performance management processes
Support employee engagement programs
Document and escalate sensitive issues
Coordinate employee training sessions
Coordinate compliance certifications
Track completion of required training
Track development milestones
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with finance/payroll teams; Support employees across multiple functions and geographies; Escalate sensitive issues to HR leadership
