What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2+ years of HR support, HR operations, or people operations experience, Experience using HRIS platforms, Familiarity with U.S. labor law compliance, organizational and documentation skills, Proficiency with Google Workspace, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Proficiency with spreadsheets, Proficiency with HR reporting tools, written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to Have

SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification, Experience with multi-state payroll, Experience with international HR support, Experience with startup environments, HRIS implementation or process improvement experience, Background supporting SaaS, professional services, or high-growth companies

Ensure completion of tax forms

Ensure completion of direct deposit setup

Ensure completion of compliance paperwork

Manage offboarding processes

Maintain accurate employee records

Track benefits enrollment

Track employee changes

Track organizational updates

Support payroll preparation

Support payroll reconciliation

Validate benefits data

Assist employees with benefits questions

Coordinate open enrollment

Coordinate benefits administration

Maintain employee documentation

Ensure compliance with FMLA

Ensure compliance with FLSA

Ensure compliance with ADA

Ensure compliance with EEOC

Ensure compliance with multi-state labor laws

Maintain audit-ready HR records

Assist with HR process improvements

Assist with operational efficiency initiatives

Act as point of contact for employee questions
