We are looking for HR Specialist at one of our locations inEMEA region \- in Ukraine (Kamianets-Podilskyi) ### Your tasks: * Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, selection, onboarding) * Employee assessment and development * Organization of training and onboarding processes * Development of corporate culture and employee engagement programs * Working with HR systems * HR analytics and workforce planning: headcount planning, labor market monitoring * Participation in performance review processes * Talent development and retention initiatives * Consulting managers on HR-related matters * Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies ## Requirements * Higher education (Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields) * At least 2 years of experience in HR * Experience in full-cycle recru
