Full Job Description
Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Specialist / Administrative professional to play a key role in supporting our people operations. This position combines HR administration, recruitment, employee support, and organizational coordination, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a positive and high-performing workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: * Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and employment contract preparation. * Support the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and employee lifecycle processes. * Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely guidance and support. * Coordinate performance management activities, including tracking evaluations and supporting feedback processes. * Organize employee training, development programs, and internal events to enhance engagement and growth. * Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation while ensuring confidentiality. * Support employee relations by addressing concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture, and escalating issues when required. * Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to support business objectives. ## Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * 2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and recruitment processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information. * Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Fluency in Romanian and English (written and spoken) is required.
