What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Undergraduate / graduate in a Human Resources discipline preferred. Anyone with 6 month intern experience is fine but not more than 1 year experience.
Nice to Have
Any hands on experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Previous internship experience in IT industry/Shared Services is beneficial.
What You'll Do.
Process requests coming in from various IFS offices and act as the first point of contact for HR queries related to employee life cycle events.
Support HR administration on document handling and data updates in employee records.
Respond to tickets in Assyst and provide customer experience by investigating and resolving errors.
