Essential Job Duties The HR Services Advisor is a consultant and builder role focused on helping BambooHR customers identify and address meaningful HR challenges and opportunities through our services. In this role, you will lead consultative conversations with customers, asking the right questions to uncover HR pain points, surface opportunities for improvement, and guide customers toward the right solutions. You will not rely solely on stated needs, but instead help customers clarify, prioritize, and understand what matters most. You will play a key role in moving customers from initial conversations to active services engagements while helping shape how BambooHR services grow and scale.
