Senior HR Generalist at Convera Pune- WFO The Senior HR Generalist for India is a key member of the global People Services function, responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality HR support to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle. Working under the direction of the Director, People Services (based in the US), this role provides hands-on HR advisory, case management, and operational delivery — ensuring that Convera’s People processes are executed effectively, compliantly, and with empathy. This role is based in India (hybrid role with the ability to travel) and provides support to employees and managers in India, and other geographies as assigned. Duties and Responsibilities: Employee Relations capable of coaching and guiding people managers. Demonstrated attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and high data accuracy. Experience using HRIS platforms and working across time zones in distributed teams. Experience contributing to HR process improvements or automation initiatives preferred. You are/have: A trusted advisor who combines operational precision with empathy. Confident guiding managers through people matters with balanced judgment. Curious and proactive in identifying better ways to deliver HR support. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling organization. Values-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement. Comfortable in a remote or hybrid setup while still being able to travel to and support in-office needs when required.
