98–100% compliance in RTW audits; 100% completion of visa renewals before expiry; Sponsorship licence and immigration management with no loss of licence or breach in RTW status; <1% defect rate in personnel file audits; All HR policies reviewed annually and updated on time; Quarterly risk reviews completed with actions closed within agreed timelines; Reduction in compliance-related escalations or HR errors; Zero high‑severity findings in internal/external audit cycles; Ticket SLA adherence consistently above 95%; Successful delivery of HR compliance training; High participation in training; TUPE/M&A projects delivered on schedule with zero compliance breaches; Successful implementation of process improvements with measurable efficiency gains
