Full Job Description
_We’re looking for an**HR Reporting Analyst** to join our Human Resources team at MBPS. In this role, you’ll support the reporting and analytics needs of our global organization across multiple HR systems, including Workday and Power BI. This role works with data **all day, every day** and is well suited for someone who enjoys deep focus, analytical problem‑solving, and turning complex information into clear insights. It requires sound judgment, strong curiosity, and consistent attention to detail—balanced with the ability to step back and connect the data to the broader business story._ **Position Responsibilities:** * Deliver global HR reporting and analytics using Workday and Power BI, providing recurring and ad hoc insights aligned with defined SLAs. * Intake, prioritize, and manage a high volume of reporting requests across multiple workstreams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data quality. * Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, and translate business questions into meaningful, actionable insights. * Analyze data beyond standard outputs to identify trends, inconsistencies, risks, and downstream impacts on decision‑making. * Proactively monitor, reconcile, and maintain data integrity across HR systems and reporting solutions; flag issues early and drive them to resolution. * Communicate findings, assumptions, and implications clearly, and collaborate with HR systems and data teams to continuously improve reporting capabilities. **Required Qualifications:** * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and working with large datasets). * Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect insights to business implications and anticipate follow‑up questions. * Demonstrated ability to identify issues early, assess risk, and think through downstream impacts. * High attention to detail while maintaining a clear understanding of the broader business context. * Ability to manage mult
