What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in HR project management (preferably in HR areas) and/or HR Operations, Proven track record in managing global or cross-functional projects, Proven work experience in process engineering, process mapping, and delivering measurable process improvements, project management skills, Understanding of HR systems (especially Workday), processes, and procedures, Ability to influence without direct authority across a global, matrixed environment, Analytical mindset with ability to proactively identify, implement and document process improvements, Ability to balance competing priorities and flexibility to re-prioritize in a dynamic environment, Excellent communication and stakeholder management across regions and cultures, Exceptional organizational skills, Understanding of global employment and data privacy considerations
Nice to Have
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, PMP or similar project management certification, Process improvement methodologies certification (e. g. , Lean, Six Sigma)
