Prepare and co-lead meetings with CSE
Prepare and co-lead collective agreement negotiations
Ensure follow-up of collective agreements
Coordinate interactions with Group and Central CSE
Ensure compliance with legal obligations
Ensure compliance with social calendar
Perform legal and social monitoring
