Must Have
3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, Experience partnering directly with managers and executing HR processes end to end, Exposure to performance management, employee relations, and talent practices, Experience maintaining HR data quality and supporting standard Power BI experience is a plus, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), Fluency in English, Ability to travel up to 10–20%
