What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, Experience partnering directly with managers and executing HR processes end to end, Exposure to performance management, employee relations, and talent practices, Experience maintaining HR data quality and supporting standard Power BI experience is a plus, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience), Fluency in English
Nice to Have
Workday experience a Power BI experience a plus

Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
Operate across people process execution
Support leaders as they navigate growth
and capability building
Serve as a trusted HR partner to people leaders
providing day-to-day guidance and support
Coach managers across the employee lifecycle
performance discussions
Support leaders in making fair
and well-reasoned people decisions
Support performance management processes
including goal setting
and compensation cycles
Contribute to talent and succession discussions
helping identify development opportunities and risks
Coach managers on feedback
development conversations
and performance improvement
Coordinate learning and development activities aligned with business and leadership needs
Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters
addressing concerns with professionalism and care
Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures
Support exit processes and identify trends or improvement opportunities
Execute core HR processes including onboarding
high-quality employee data across HR systems
Support HR reporting and people metrics to inform business decisions
Use HR systems and digital tools to enable data-driven discussions

Support local change initiatives and HR programs tied to business priorities

Team & Collaboration
Partnering closely with leaders and the HR Business Partner; Work closely with the Country leadership, HR Business Partner, and HR Services; Serve as a trusted HR partner to people leaders; Partner closely with the HR Business Partner and leadership team to align local HR activities with broader people strategies; Participate in cross-functional and regional HR initiatives as needed
