What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of experience in Human Resources, 1 year of direct HR audit, compliance, or policy experience, Organizational skills, Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, Verbal and written communication skills, Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, Working knowledge of HR regulations, Working knowledge of governance frameworks, Working knowledge of compliance best practices, Proficiency in HRIS systems, Technical aptitude to learn new systems quickly, Comfortable working cross-functionally, Skilled at influencing without direct authority, Proactive, systems-oriented approach

Nice to Have

Workday experience, Experience with ISO, SOC, and/or SOX audit processes, Familiarity with EEO-1 and other federal and state compliance reporting obligations, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

What You'll Do.

Own People policy library

People Operations leaders

Manage policy acknowledgment process

Monitor employment law and regulatory changes

Own employee handbook

Execute annual people compliance calendar

Track completion of compliance programs

Track and interpret employment-related regulatory changes

Act as liaison between People Experience and Legal/Audit

Own PX SOX/SOC/ISO audit framework

Enable HR control owners to self-manage

Serve as primary HR point of contact for external audits

Partner with cross-functional teams

Maintain audit tracking systems

Create and maintain SOPs and tools

Contribute to special projects

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with Legal, HRBPs, and People Operations leaders; Work cross-functionally with Legal, Internal Audit, Finance, and HR teams; Enable and support HR control owners

Communication Scope

Verbal communication; Written communication; Clearly convey compliance requirements; Translate complex regulatory language

Process & Methodology

Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, Meet deadlines without compromising quality, Own and execute annual people compliance calendar, Proactive audit calendar management
