What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Associate's degree in 7+ years of Human Resources and/or Labor Relations experience in Human Resources, Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of Human Resources and/or Labor Relations experience in Human Resources, Master’s degree with 3+ years of Human Resources and/or Labor Relations experience in Human Resources, JD/PhD, 9+ years of Human Resources and/or Labor Relations experience in Human Resources in lieu of a degree, U. S. Citizen or U. S. Permanent Resident

Nice to Have

Master’s degree in Business or Human Resources, Experience using Organization Development to enhance performance, Experience of operating within an HR Shared Service delivery model, Workday experience, Experience managing employee relations cases, talent development and enabling culture change, Experience working with a global team and / or in a highly matrixed environment
