What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience as an HR Manager, HR People Partner, or in a similar HR role, Fluent English proficiency, Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, retention, offboarding), understanding of performance management and employee motivation principles, Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively partner with managers and employees at all levels, Confidence working with HR data, metrics, and reports, with the ability to make informed decisions based on insights, Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high level of responsibility and ownership

What You'll Do.
