What you will do Admin & HR compliance - Overseeing daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses. - Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. - Lead HR project with external vendors to deliver the best services to our Employees. - Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company’s risk by having a basic understanding of relevant employment laws (specifically France, UK, Germany, Spain). - Maintain employee handbooks. Onboarding - Ensure we are able to onboard our new joiners the best way; any information that is relevant on our HR systems, Office and Managers. - Formalize contractual elements during all the employees’ journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates). - Take care of our HR information and tasks and update them each time it is needed. - Manage immigration requests (work permits, renewals, National Security Number request). Payroll - Prepare and process payroll
