Understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices is essential.
Nice to Have
Previous experience in HR Administration or a similar operation HR role preferred., Experience with UK, Ireland & Scotland payroll preferable.
What You'll Do.
Manage the employee lifecycle
and absence management.
Draft and issue employment contracts and amendments

Maintain high data accuracy within HR systems.
Provide employee data and reports to support dashboards
analytics and decision making.
Assist with onboarding packs
disciplinary documentation
and operational HR tasks.
Provide support to CoE teams on program rollouts.

About the Role As a HR & Payroll Coordinator you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of HR operations across portfolio companies. Working closely with the HR Business Partnering team, you will manage HR administration, coordinate payroll, and provide accurate data and reporting to support decision making. You will act as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee queries, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant HR support. This role provides the foundation for effective HR delivery, enabling Business Leaders and HRBPs to focus on strategic priorities.
