What You'll Do.
Channel transactional inquiries to HRS Tier1/Tier2
Respond to non-routine inquiries
Process ownership for Employee Relations management
Consult managers on people matters
Coordinate with legal department
Conduct investigations
Work with people managers on performance management
Consult on performance concerns
Support managers starting separation process
Finalize separation agreements
Analyze data and observations
Consult Managers on Compensation matters
Coach managers during Talent Management processes
Train managers during Talent Management processes
Guide managers during Talent Management processes
Develop toolkit for managers
Develop communications for managers
Support managers in identifying training opportunities
Support employees in identifying training opportunities
Guide people managers with career conversations
Guide people managers with Development Plans
Guide people managers with Career Growth Plans
Guide people managers with development initiatives
Act as stewards of employee experience
Act as culture keepers
Act as POC for people tools
Act as Program Manager for people tools
Manage implementation of tools
Review implementation of tools
Design Manager Education Programs
Deliver Manager Education Programs
Complete cross functional projects
Develop programs that improve employee experience
